Texas Responsible Funeral Director

*Part\-time Hourly Role \| Flexible schedule \| Remote\-friendly* After.com is a venture\-backed direct cremation service making end\-of\-life care simpler, more transparent, and more accessible for families. We handle everything remotely — and we're looking for a licensed Texas funeral director to serve as our responsible funeral director in the state. **What This Role Actually Is** This is a behind\-the\-scenes, administrative role. You will not be working directly with families. Your job is to be our licensed presence in Texas — reviewing and signing cremation permits, ensuring our documentation meets state compliance requirements, and coordinating with our internal care team on the backend. In most weeks, this means a relatively small number of hours.
