The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spiritual care, counseling, and pastoral ministry, with a deep understanding of the complexities of grief, loss, and existential distress. The candidate will be open to travel as necessary within the patient care area, and any other duties as assigned by leadership. **Key responsibilities include:** * Spiritual Assessment and Support * Interdisciplinary Collaboration * Rituals and Ceremonies * Bereavement Support * Community Outreach and Education **What you will need?** * Minimum of one\-year of experience providing spiritual care, chaplaincy, pastoral care or counseling in a healthcare or hospice setting * Possession of current driver's license and automobile insurance Full job description available upon request Cadre Hospice is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
