Insurance Processor/Bookkeeper/Accounting

\`\`\`Duties\`\`\` \- File all insurance claims \- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.. \- Verify death benefits with all insurance companies \- Manage and track the processing of claims and payments \- Continue to work closely with insurance companies to provide documents that are needed for claims. \- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. \-Accounts receivable and payable \-Answer phone calls \-Quickbooks data entry \`\`\`Requirements\`\` \- Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel. \- Previous experience preferred but not required. \- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette. \- Strong administrative and organizational skills. \- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. \- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. \- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
