We are currently seeking a Minnesota Licensed Funeral Director who is looking for flexible hours and supplemental work to support our team on an on\-call basis. This role works closely with our Funeral Director to assist with arrangements, family support, and operational needs as they arise. **Responsibilities** * Provide compassionate support and guidance to families during arrangements * Assist with cremation arrangements and required documentation * Coordinate with hospitals, medical examiners, and care facilities * Ensure compliance with Minnesota mortuary science regulations * Participate in on\-call rotation as needed * Support the funeral director with general operational duties * Maintain professionalism, discretion, and empathy in all interactions **Schedule** This position is **on\-call and flexible**, ideal for someone seeking additional hours.
