Looking for Part Time
**Office Administrative Professional**
Are you an experienced administrative professional with a passion for helping people? We are seeking an energetic, professional team member who enjoys wearing multiple hats while helping to provide professional services to our staff and families. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Handles sensitive conversations with grace.
**Administrative Responsibilities:**
· Support service needs with an outgoing, friendly personality
o Provide sensitive, professional telephone answering, message taking and/or call or message routing in a polite, timely manner
o Greet potential and current in\-person clients (and colleagues) in a friendly, professional manner
· Provide clerical and data entry support
**Qualifications:**
· Full time Position
· 3\+ years of office experience preferred but not required
· Minimum Associates degree
· Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Apps, Typing
· Interpersonal skills a must
**Required Soft Skills**
**Professional –** Often the first contact a family has is with the office team sets the tone of how the family feels about our organization. Professional attitude and appearance are key in this role.
· Readily understands and adapts to servicing staff and client needs to provide timely, high quality professional services to all client families. Participates well in a team effort.
**Good Communication Skills –** Relaying information is of utmost importance and must be communicated clearly. When speaking to the public in person or by phone, communication skills are very important and they must relay confidence and assurance.
**Self\-Management –** Intuitive and understanding, each team member often works without direct supervision and is expected to accomplish tasks without constant delegation and must be skilled in managing their time effectively to support entire team.
**Planning and Organization \-** Organization is critical in this position. Multi\-tasking is a necessity when there are multiple services and a variety of administrative services going on continuously.
**Flexibility –** Each Anthony Team Member can be called on to do any number of wide and varied tasks. This individual must be flexible and able to respond effectively to these requests.
**Interpersonal Skills \-** Given the high frequency of interaction with others in grief, our team must have great interpersonal skills that make the public feel reassured the funeral chapel will provide the best care possible to their family. A good personal, emotional barometer is essential to this position. Ability to deal with a variety of personalities.
