As a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, you will oversee all aspects of funeral arrangements, coordinate services, and provide bereavement support with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities * Coordinate and oversee funeral arrangements from initial consultation to service completion, ensuring all client needs are met with sensitivity, professionalism, and attention to detail * Provide bereavement support to grieving families, offering guidance and comfort throughout the funeral process * Manage the preparation of bodies, including embalming, dressing, and cosmetology * Lead funeral services, including directing ceremonies, overseeing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of all event details * Assist with sales activities by explaining service options, merchandise selections, and pricing to clients in a clear and respectful manner * Handle heavy lifting involved in body transportation and setup * Collaborate with vendors, clergy, and others to coordinate event planning and ensure seamless service delivery Requirements * Valid licensure as a Funeral Director and Embalmer and drivers license in accordance with state regulations * Proven experience in funeral directing, event planning, or related customer service roles * Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy for body preparation and embalming procedures * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate bereavement support * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of transportation and setup tasks Join us in delivering heartfelt support during life's most challenging moments.
