Funeral Home Manager - Funeral Director & Embalmer

This is a **working manager position**. You will lead staff, serve families, and remain actively involved in the work and community. Responsibilities * Manage daily operations and personnel * Meet with families and direct services with professionalism and care * Oversee the condition and maintenance of the facility, vehicles, and equipment * Handle reporting, inventory, and vendor relationships * Represent the organization within the local community * Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations You will remain involved in removals, embalming, and services as needed Qualifications * Dual licensed Funeral Director \& Embalmer * Minimum 5 years of experience * Leadership or management experience preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills Additional Information This is a hands\-on leadership role that requires consistency, accountability, and a commitment to serving families at a high level.
