Your energy and empathy will make a meaningful difference in the lives of grieving families, guiding them through the process with kindness and efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Support funeral directors in planning and executing funeral services, including logistics and event coordination * Assist with heavy lifting of caskets, floral arrangements, and equipment to ensure smooth operations * Provide compassionate bereavement support to grieving families, offering comfort and guidance throughout the process * Help organize and manage funeral\-related events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly * Maintain a respectful environment by adhering to all safety protocols during service preparations and transportation * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely setup, transportation, and cleanup for all funeral events **Qualifications** * Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to support grieving families and provide empathetic service * Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling of equipment or caskets * Able to lift 75 pounds * Previous experience in funeral directing or event planning is a plus but not required; training will be provided * Knowledge of bereavement support practices or willingness to learn how to offer compassionate assistance * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred for transportation duties Join us in creating a respectful, supportive environment where families find comfort during their most difficult times.
