If you are energetic, detail\-oriented, and passionate about serving others, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. **Duties** * Coordinate and oversee funeral arrangements from initial consultation to service completion, ensuring all details align with families’ wishes. * Provide bereavement support to grieving families, offering empathetic guidance and emotional reassurance throughout the process. * Prepare and handle bodies with professionalism, including sanitation, cosmetology, dissection, and anatomy knowledge to ensure respectful presentation. * Manage event planning for funeral services, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination with vendors or clergy. * Assist with heavy lifting of caskets and equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining proper sanitation standards. * Conduct post\-service follow\-ups to offer additional bereavement support or resources as needed. * Maintain detailed records of all arrangements, legal documentation, and service details to ensure compliance and accuracy. **Skills** * Strong knowledge of physiology and human anatomy to handle body preparation with precision and respect. * Proven experience in funeral directing combined with excellent customer service skills to support families compassionately. * Ability to perform dissection when necessary for body preparation or educational purposes. * Skilled in event planning to organize meaningful ceremonies that meet families’ cultural or personal preferences. * Knowledge of sanitation procedures and cosmetology techniques essential for body presentation. * Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks associated with caskets and equipment safety. * Experience in sales or consultative communication to assist families in choosing appropriate services and products. * Familiarity with bereavement support practices to help families cope emotionally during their time of loss.
