This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through compassionate service and meticulous event planning. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and conduct funeral services, ensuring all arrangements meet family wishes and legal requirements * Prepare the deceased with dignity, including embalming, cosmetology, sanitation, and dissection as needed * Provide bereavement support to families, offering comfort and guidance throughout the funeral planning process * Manage logistics for funeral events, including scheduling, transportation, and setup to create respectful ceremonies * Assist with sales activities by explaining service options and helping families select appropriate arrangements * Maintain accurate records of all procedures, documentation, and compliance with health and safety standards * Ensure the sanitation of facilities and equipment in accordance with health regulations and industry best practices **Experience** * Previous experience in funeral directing or related roles within the funeral services industry * Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to handle preparation processes safely and respectfully * Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with grieving families * Experience in event planning to coordinate funeral ceremonies seamlessly * Familiarity with sanitation procedures, cosmetology techniques, and dissection practices preferred * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling caskets or equipment * Background in sales or client consultation to assist families in selecting services confidently This role is designed for motivated professionals eager to provide heartfelt support during life's most challenging moments.
