CT Licensed Funeral Director or Embalmer

Local Funeral Home is seeking a licensed funeral director/embalmer interested in securing a position where they can learn within a skilled team. The position is full\-time responsible for all tasks such as on\-call service, transportation of human remains, cremation preparations (For Embalmer: embalming, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing) Capable of providing a high customer service level. License: Drivers (Required) Job Type: Full\-time Requirements: · Maintain a Connecticut Funeral Director license or Embalmer License · Valid Driver’s License · Ability to lift up to 100lbs. · Full\-Time on a rotating schedule Must Have: Funeral Directors \& Embalmers are registered with the State of Connecticut. Graduated from an accredited school of mortuary science and received passing scores on both the arts and sciences sections of the International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards' National Board Examination. Be able to work directly under the supervision of our licensed funeral directors and embalmers.
