Administrative Assistant

This position comes with a balanced schedule and paid time off. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Monona location. The final schedule will also be determined based on the current rotation and occasional weekend shifts are expected. This could be every 2nd and/or 4th Saturday. This position interacts directly with client families during their time of need and is responsible for creating and maintaining a premier level of client family satisfaction. Requirements: To be considered for this opportunity you must: * Possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Have excellent organization skills. * Possess a high level of initiative, be reliable and trustworthy and maintain confidentiality. * Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy; great attention to details. * Be proficient in Microsoft Office products. * Problem solve and work well both independently and as a team. * Adobe Photoshop experience a plus.
