At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling. **What Will You Do?** As the 24\-hour per week Volunteer Coordinator, you will: * Work a 24\-hour per week schedule * Recruit, interview, on\-board new volunteers * Schedule volunteers for a variety of assignments * Maintain and track records via computer software * Participates in weekly Interdisciplinary Group meetings **Skills to be Successful** * Flexibility, resiliency, dependability, and adaptability * Self\-directed and autonomous * Ability to prioritize * Organized and detailed * Comfort with navigating various technologies and computer applications * Team player mentality **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * Our ideal candidate will have experience with electronic medical record computer systems and scheduling * 2 \- 4 years of experience working with volunteers or related field * Medical office experience is a plus If Hospice calls to your spirit, you have a warm welcoming demeanor, and meet the requirements above, we would like to meet you.
