Generic resumes/cover letters will NOT be considered. * **Apply with your cover letter and resume.** **Job Description** This position is full\-time 35\-40 hrs per week, with an emphasis on nights, evenings and weekends, including some holidays. This is a hybrid remote position, with some reporting (during daytime hours only) to the main office in NE Portland. The primary duties of the position include providing support and guidance over the phone to clients regarding end\-of\-life planning for their pets, as well as scheduling appointments, coordinating with our mobile team, and other office administrative tasks.
