**Job Summary** We are seeking a proactive and dependable Vaultman / Driver / Shop hand to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure handling and transportation of burial vaults to various locations in the state of kansas, and surrounding states, performing set ups for funerals, as well as performing various shop duties associated with burial vault production. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help safeguard company assets while delivering exceptional support to our operations and customers. This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals who thrive on responsibility, precision, and teamwork. Must be willing to work overtime as needed. some occasional overnight trips are required. We work six days of the week, and some holidays. As well as the occasional Sunday. **Duties** * Safely operate company vehicles to transport vaults to designated locations and set up for funeral services within designated timeliness * Assist with loading and unloading assets, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or loss * Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and storage areas to uphold safety and security standards * Keep accurate records of all movements, deliveries, and inventory transactions in compliance with company policies * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding schedules, incidents, or any concerns with funeral set ups or shop work * Follow all safety protocols and legal regulations related to driving a commercial vehicle **Requirements** * Valid driver’s license with a fairly clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles is plus * Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail * Ability to work independently while adhering to strict safety standards * Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long periods of standing, constant movement or driving * Good communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with team members, supervisors and funeral directors * Prior experience in burial vault operations as well as concrete work is a plus but not mandatory * Must be able to work in all types of weather, as we work year round, outdoors Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $17\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: On the road
