Trimmer/Mower/Groundskeeper

**Overview** We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. This role requires a hands\-on approach to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general grounds keeping duties. The Groundskeeper will work with various tools and equipment mainly Stihl string trimmers and other hand tools. This is a seasonal position that could turn into a year round position for the right person. Work week is Monday \- Friday 8am \- 4:30pm with occasional Saturdays. April through November for the seasonal help weather pending. **Duties** * Safely operate various equipment such as string trimmers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, push mowers, zero turn mowers (when needed), etc. * Assist in clean up of brush and debris from downed trees. * Clearing and pulling weeds. * Neatly spreading mulch. * Other various jobs as needed. **Requirements** * Mechanically inclined with similar experience to: farmhand, mechanic, handy man or equipment operator a plus. * Experience using a string trimmer preferred. * Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in gardening and landscaping. * Knowledge of lawn care techniques and plant care best practices. * Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. * Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.
