Qualifications: **Education*** **Required:** Master of Social Work from an accredited school of social work **License Requirements*** **Required:**Licensed as a Social Worker from the State Board of Social Work * **Required:** Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle **Experience*** **Preferred:** Minimum one (1\) year experience as a social worker in a hospice setting * **Required:** Minimum one (1\) year experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting; long term care or medical surgical/acute care setting preferred **$35\.00 \- $38\.00 per hour (Average Pay Range).
