Seasonal Groundskeeper

Seasonal Groundskeeper for a small cemetery in Kearny, NJ. Hours are Monday \- Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (for most days). Some days you will be required to report earlier, or may be asked to work a few hours on a Saturday. Position typically runs to the end of the year, with potential to continue through the following season. Duties include but are not limited to: Grass cutting (lawn mower, weed whacker) Assistance with funeral processions General grounds maintenance Must be able to lift heavy items Must live locally and/or have own transportation. There are expectations to arrive on days with inclement weather due to cemetery workers being essential workers. Other duties may apply as you progress in the position.
