Seasonal Grounds Crew

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Grounds Crew member. As a Grounds Crew member, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands\-on position that requires physical labor and attention to detail. Duties: \- Mow lawns and trim edges to ensure a neat and well\-maintained appearance \- Build and maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls \- Use hand tools and equipment to perform various groundskeeping tasks \- Perform routine lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and watering \- Assist with tree care by pruning branches, removing dead trees, and planting new trees \- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by picking up trash and debris \- Operate mechanical equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws Qualifications: \- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred but not required \- Knowledge of basic horticulture practices and lawn care techniques \- Ability to operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively \- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions \- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions \- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Benefits: \- Training provided for individuals with limited experience in groundskeeping If you are passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply for the position of Grounds Crew member.
