Seasonal Cemetery Grounds Labor - Fort Howard Memorial Park

* **What We’re Looking For:** + Experienced mower operators who can drive a zero\-turn mower + Reliable and self\-motivated individuals + Someone comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions + Ability to perform physical labor and operate landscaping equipment + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety **Primary Responsibilities:** + Maintain cemetery grounds through **mowing, landscaping, and mulching** + Follow procedures for the **safe, efficient, and accurate execution of duties** **Specific Duties Include:** + Operating a zero\-turn mower safely and efficiently + Spring cleanup of cemetery grounds + Landscaping and mulching until grass fully grows in (generally May) + Checking and maintaining mower oil levels and switching out mower blades as needed + Safe and proper use of supplies and equipment, including basic maintenance + Following all company safety procedures + Working effectively as part of a team + Performing miscellaneous job\-related duties as assigned **Compensation:** + $16\.00/hour * Minimum Requirements: + Walking and standing are required 7\.5 hours of workday. + Twisting, bending, pulling, and pushing are required 7\.5 hours of workday. + Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. + Ability to lift 25 pounds above chest level. + Requires ability to reach above head. + Position may require ability to climb on occasion. + Use of hand tools required; ability to use one hand at 10 pounds. * This is a seasonal position for the months of April 6th through November 19th only.
