East Lawn is a family owned, locally operated firm with three cemetery\-funeral home combination facilities and a stand\-alone funeral home in Sacramento CA. As a Family Service Counselor, you will build and maintain relationships, educate clients on the benefits of pre\-planning, and guide them through our service options, helping them secure peace of mind for the future. **Requirements*** Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving targets * Minimum 5 years of sales experience required * Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to individuals and groups * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent ability to accurately maintain records * Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems * A valid driver's license and a clean driving record * **Current CA Limited license or the ability to obtain one** **Benefits*** **Competitive Compensation:** Enjoy a base hourly rate of pay and case incentives.
