Sales Consultant

**Position Overview:** Most people have no clue where to begin when purchasing a cemetery memorial. Our trained Memorial Counselors guide individuals through the process. We sit down with families, listening as they share stories and memories of their dearly departed. With great honor and responsibility, we take the details of these stories and through the canvas of granite, craft a unique memorial that gives honor to the life it represents, and comfort to the bereft. Many people express gratitude for making a seemingly daunting task, easy and even enjoyable. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to read and work with people from a spectrum of socio\-economic statuses, and creative thinking and problem\-solving **Key Responsibilities:** * **Prospecting and Client Meetings:** Engage with the surrounding community, making yourself a valued source of information. Meeting with families in a warm and empathetic manner to understand their needs and preferences regarding cemetery memorials. Conduct in\-person consultations to educate clients about various options, from basic headstones to uniquely designed monuments, while respecting their budget. * **Technology Proficiency:** Use Office 365 suite with familiarity and to collaborate with other team members and develop new tools and resources to enable growth and work independence. Use company CRM (HubSpot) and internal CMS to work with clients efficiently and beneficially. * **Sales with Heart:** Approach sales as a means of storytelling. Guide families through the design process, helping them craft a memorial that reflects their loved one's unique legacy. Your goal is to provide comfort and clarity, ensuring that each decision is meaningful. * **Creative Collaboration:** Depending on your skills and interests, you will also contribute to our other teams; Monument Design, Digital Marketing and/or Administrative.
