Join us to make a tangible difference through reliable service delivery and effective communication. **Responsibilities** * Safely operate various vehicles including vans and specialized removal equipment to transport items securely from removal points to various funeral home locations * Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of items to ensure safe loading and unloading procedures * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal operation * Communicate clearly with clients and team members to coordinate pick\-up and drop\-off schedules * Follow safety protocols diligently during all removal activities to prevent accidents or damage * Document all removal activities accurately, including inventory logs and incident reports when necessary * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions professionally and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm **Skills** * Proven experience as a driver or commercial driving services * Strong ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently * Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines and basic troubleshooting skills * Ability to operate various types of vehicles including with a active driver licenses or equivalent certifications where applicable * Familiarity with safety standards related to heavy lifting, transportation, and vehicle operation * Customer service\-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem\-solving Join our team as a Removal Technician if you’re passionate about driving, skilled in handling physical tasks safely, and eager to deliver exceptional service every day!
