**Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a RN, Care Coordinator for our Hospice department. In this role, you will work 12\-hour day shifts every Friday, Saturday\- work 72 hours and get paid for 96!**
**What you will do:**
* **0\.9 FTE\=72 hours/every two weeks**
* **12\-hour day shifts, 9am\-9pm every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday**
* **Weekend package pay incentive (Employees will receive a Weekend Only premium equal to .3333 times base pay for the actual hours worked during these Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts; which is equivalent to 96 hours of pay for 72 hours worked.)**
* **Provide compassionate care to families and patients thru end\-of\-life transitions within a 50\-mile radius of La Crosse, WI**
* **Work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators and hospice aides**
**What you need:**
* **Associate Degree in Nursing**
* **Minimum of 1 year RN experience**
* **RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire**
* **RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota within 3 months of hire**
