**Production Assistant – Monument Company** *Order Intake, Production Tracking \& Stencil Preparation* **About Us:** P\&G Memorials is a growing monument company serving families and national cemeteries across the country. We are looking for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and being a key part of a team. **Position Overview:** This role is responsible for managing orders from intake through production. You will help ensure each project moves accurately and efficiently through our system, from initial entry to stencil preparation for engraving. This is a hands\-on, detail\-oriented position with opportunities to learn design software, production processes, and grow within the company. **Key Responsibilities:** **Order Intake \& Coordination** * Assist incoming orders via phone, email, and internal systems * Enter and organize orders with a high level of accuracy * Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow **Production Tracking** * Move orders through each stage of production * Maintain clear and organized records of job status * Identify and flag any issues or delays **Stencil Preparation (Training Provided)** * Operate CNC stencil cutting equipment * Weed/pick lettering from stencil material * Prepare and organize stencil jobs for the engraving team **Design Support (Growth Opportunity)** * Assist with creating and editing design proofs * Learn industry\-specific design software over time **General Support** * Assist with phones and basic customer communication as needed * Support overall office and production operations **What We’re Looking For:** * Highly detail\-oriented and organized * Able to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines * Comfortable learning new systems, software, and equipment * Reliable, consistent, and team\-oriented * Positive attitude and willingness to grow *No prior experience required—we will train the right person.* **Compensation \& Schedule:** * Starting Pay: $15/hour * Full\-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30\-minute lunch) **Benefits (After 60 Days):** * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Retirement plan options **Why This Role Matters:** Every order we handle represents a family and a legacy.
