**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre\-Planning Advisor to join our team at Rose Hills Memorial Park \& Mortuary and play a pivotal role in shaping successful project outcomes. Potential six figure income. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to gather project requirements and develop comprehensive pre\-planning strategies. * Conduct detailed analysis of project plans, specifications, and budgets to identify potential risks or opportunities early in the process. * Coordinate with sales teams to support outside sales efforts by providing technical insights and facilitating client negotiations. * Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, scheduling, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely progress. * Assist in marketing initiatives by preparing presentations and proposals that clearly communicate project benefits and timelines. * Support benefits administration related to project teams by ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. * Maintain excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across multilingual teams and diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the planning phase. **Experience** * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and customer engagement abilities. * Background in sales administration or marketing with a focus on analysis skills to interpret data and optimize planning processes. * Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members. * Expanding Asian market\-Looking for bilingual in Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Tagalog, and any other Asian language is a plus. * Familiarity with insurance sales or benefits administration can be an asset for understanding client needs and compliance standards. * Excellent communication skills are essential for building relationships, conducting telemarketing outreach, and delivering compelling presentations. * Experience working within HIPAA regulations or other industry\-specific compliance standards is advantageous for maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. * A proactive approach with strong customer service orientation, combined with the ability to analyze complex information efficiently, will ensure success in this role.
