Join our team as a **Pre\-Need Funeral Sales Representative**, where you will educate and support families in planning ahead for their end\-of\-life needs. This role combines relationship\-building with a mission\-driven purpose—helping families find peace of mind through pre\-arranged services. **Key Responsibilities:** * Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre\-need funeral and cemetery options. * Conduct in\-home or in\-office presentations, community seminars, and follow\-up appointments. * Develop and maintain relationships within the community and with referral partners. * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship management. * Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system. * Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during planning conversations. **Qualifications:** * 2\+ years of successful sales experience (insurance, financial services, or funeral/cemetery industry preferred). * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately. * Self\-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. * Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (if required by state). * Comfortable with in\-person and phone\-based sales presentations. * Valid state issued Funeral Director's License in good standing. * May require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable state law. * Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
