**Job Summary** Join our team as a Family Services Sales Advisor, where you will play a vital role in guiding families through meaningful end\-of\-life planning. This dynamic position combines compassionate customer service with proactive sales strategies to help clients make informed decisions about at need cemetery services or pre\-arranged cemetery and funeral services. You will be responsible for building trust, providing detailed information, and offering tailored solutions that meet each family's unique needs. **Responsibilities** * Conduct thorough consultations to understand families’ preferences, financial considerations, and cultural values, ensuring personalized service * Serve as a caring and professional resource for families during at need cemetery planning conversations. * Present comprehensive product and service packages clearly, highlighting benefits and addressing questions with confidence * Engage with individuals and families to educate them on pre\-need funeral and cemetery options. * Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system. **Skills** * 2\+ years of successful sales experience (funeral/cemetery industry preferred, but not required). * Exceptional customer service skills to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism * Self\-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. * Comfortable with in\-person and phone\-based sales presentations. * Ability to manage sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining detailed records * Not a Management Position This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a customer\-focused environment and are eager to develop their sales career within a compassionate industry.
