This position combines technical skills with heartfelt service, making a meaningful difference in the lives of pet owners and their cherished companions. **Responsibilities** * Safely transport pets to and from veterinary clinics, homes, and cremation facilities using industrial equipment and vehicles. * Operate cremation equipment with precision, following strict safety and procedural protocols to ensure respectful handling of each pet. * Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cremation machinery and related industrial equipment. * Perform heavy lifting of pets and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines to prevent injury. * Maintain detailed records of each pet’s transport and cremation process, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and respect during all interactions with clients and team members. **Requirements** * Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment used in cremation or similar processes. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily duties. * Experience working with industrial machinery or cremation equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. * Knowledge of funeral directing practices or a strong desire to learn this specialized field. * Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate attitude towards clients facing difficult moments. * Ability to follow detailed procedures meticulously while maintaining a positive, energetic approach to daily tasks. * Prior experience in a similar role involving heavy lifting or technical operation is a plus.
