**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Cremation Manager to oversee the respectful and efficient handling of pet remains through cremation services of our pet cremation brands, including Joplin Pet Cremation. In this vital role, you will coordinate the entire cremation process, ensuring it is conducted with dignity, professionalism, and adherence to industry standards. Your leadership will ensure that pet owners receive compassionate support during a difficult time while maintaining operational excellence within our facility. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pet owners and their beloved companions. **Duties** * Manage daily operations of the pet cremation process, ensuring all procedures are performed with care, respect, and compliance with industry regulations. * Oversee the preparation, transportation, and cremation of pets using industrial equipment designed for safe and efficient operation. * Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing training on mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and compassionate customer service. * Coordinate heavy lifting activities involved in handling pet remains and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. * Maintain accurate records of each cremation, including documentation related to mechanical processes and client requests. * Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks of all industrial equipment used in cremation procedures. * Provide compassionate customer service, guiding pet owners through options and supporting them with empathy during their loss. **Qualifications** * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for recordkeeping and process management. * Compassionate demeanor combined with strong leadership abilities to guide staff through sensitive situations.
