Outside Sales Representative

**Position Overview** SafePassage Pet \& Equine Cremation is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship\-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand and strengthen our partnerships within the veterinary and equine communities. This role is responsible for building long\-term relationships with veterinary clinics, equine hospitals, farms, and related professionals while serving as a trusted resource for aftercare solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong sales ability with empathy, professionalism, and a deep respect for the human–animal bond. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, equine practices, farms, and related businesses * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory * Conduct in\-person visits, presentations, and educational meetings * Clearly communicate SafePassage’s services, processes, and service standards * Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless aftercare experiences for their clients * Attend industry events, trade shows, and community outreach opportunities * Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and report on territory performance * Gather feedback from partners to help improve service offerings * Represent SafePassage with professionalism, compassion, and integrity **Qualifications** * 2\+ years of outside sales experience (preferred) * Experience in veterinary, equine, agricultural, or related industries strongly preferred * Proven ability to build and maintain long\-term client relationships * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Self\-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills * Comfortable discussing sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory **Core Competencies** * Relationship Building * Consultative Sales * Emotional Intelligence * Professional Integrity * Territory Management * Problem Solving **Compensation \& Benefits** * Competitive base salary \+ commission structure * Mileage reimbursement * Health benefits (if applicable) * Paid time off * Ongoing training and professional development * Meaningful work serving families and the veterinary community **About SafePassage Pet \& Equine Cremation** SafePassage Pet \& Equine Cremation provides dignified, respectful aftercare services for companion animals and horses.
