Mortuary Transporter

**Overview** We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Transporter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting deceased individuals from place of death while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. The Transporter will operate a company vehicle, ensuring that all transportation needs are met efficiently. **Responsibilities** * Utilizing company vehicles to respond to calls from hospitals, Nursing homes, houses, ect. * Performing removals of deceased humans from place of passing * Navigation for a variety of routes throughout the city in a timely manor * Complete logs and reports * Other general duties of the mortuary staff **Qualifications** * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with families and customers. * Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. * Excellent time management skills to adhere to schedules reliably. * Must pass background checks as required by company policies. * Ability to lift over 100 pounds If you're looking for a fast\-paced location and have a willingness to learn, then TIES is a great place for you.
