Mortuary Transport Technician- Drivers needed

We are expanding our team and seeking mortuary technicians who share our commitment to dignity and excellence. **Qualifications** * Speak fluently in English to interact with clients and complete paperwork. * Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum age of 21, * Ability to communicate fluently in English. * Flexible schedule, attention to detail in all areas of work, strong work ethic and positive team attitude, self\-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm, working knowledge of safe lifting methods, customer\-driven focus. **Duties** * Perform timely and safe pickups of decedents from coroner's, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted livings, residences, airports and other locations and drop\-offs of decedents at funeral homes * Handle all decedents with respect and dignity. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections (including fuel, tire pressure, and cleanliness). * Wash, restock supplies, and refuel company vehicles as needed. * Accurately complete all required paperwork and ID/toe tags. * Maintain communication with Company during all assignments. * Strictly follow the Company's policies, regulations, and work disciplines, including being punctual and not leaving or being absent without permission. * Maintain neatness and cleanliness of vehicles and work areas. * Adhere to all safety rules and practices designed to ensure safety of operations. * Other duties as assigned. * Operate company vehicles for transport of decedents across LA County and surrounding areas. * Drive defensively and follow all traffic laws. * Never use phone while driving; if necessary, pull over safely. **Physical Requirements** * Move up and down stairs easily * Drive through traffic * Ability to lift, pull, and lift objects/equipment * Reach overhead and below the knees which includes bending, twisting and pulling Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: From $18\.00 per hour Ability to Commute: * San Marino, CA 91108 (Required) Work Location: In person
