Marketing and Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

**Schedule:** * Monday to Thursday * 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM **About the Role:** We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and organized Marketing \& Sales Assistant to support our funeral home and cemetery operations. This position assists with community outreach, lead generation, appointment scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts * Contact prospective families and community partners * Schedule appointments for counselors and sales staff * Follow up on inquiries by phone, email, and text * Maintain customer records and databases * Assist with social media and marketing materials * Coordinate community events and informational seminars * Provide general administrative support * Answer incoming calls and assist visitors professionally * Provide assistance in corporate sales **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication and customer service skills * Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel) * Organized and detail\-oriented * Professional appearance and attitude * Reliable transportation Pay: $15\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
