**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Location: Funeral Home\- Rocky Hill** **Pay: $20 per hour** **Hours: 30–40 hours per week** Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at a funeral home. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the building and grounds to ensure a respectful and well\-kept environment for the families we serve. Schedule: * 30–40 hours per week * Must be available for nights and weekends as needed Responsibilities: * Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs * Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the funeral home and surrounding grounds * Assist with room setups and breakdowns for services and visitations * Monitor building systems and report any issues * Perform light landscaping, snow removal, and exterior upkeep when necessary * Assist staff with various facility\-related tasks as needed Requirements: * Valid driver’s license * Must have a reliable vehicle/transportation * Ability to lift and move equipment or furniture as needed * Dependable, professional, and respectful demeanor * Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Compensation: * $20 per hour * 30–40 hours per week If you are reliable, take pride in maintaining facilities, and are comfortable working in a respectful and professional environment, we encourage you to apply.
