Apply now to make a difference!** **Schedule: Monday\-Friday 8am\-5pm** **Hospice of Marion**, a part of **Empath Health** is seeking a Social Worker to support patients and families during their end\-of\-life journey. This role provides psychosocial support, care coordination, and resource assistance to ensure comfort and dignity for those we serve in Marion county.
