**Position Profile:**
This role will work with hospice clients to provide personal engagement and enhance quality of life.
**Responsibilities:*** Deliver hospice nursing care.
* Foster therapeutic relationships.
* Conduct thorough nursing assessments.
* Plan and implement effective care.
* Manage pain and symptoms.
* Ensure patient safety.
* Facilitate care environment transitions.
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
* Support end\-of\-life processes.
* Address end\-of\-life ethical concerns.
* Produce accurate documentation promptly.
* Utilize resources efficiently.
* Adhere to practice scope and continuously enhance services.
* Maintain Bloom's professional conduct standards.
**Qualifications:*** Accredited nursing school graduate.
* Valid CO RN license.
* At least one year in medical, surgical, or critical care nursing.
* Strong clinical assessment capability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective problem\-solving skills.
* Detail\-oriented with strong time management.
* Computer proficiency.
**Additional Qualifications Preferred:*** Experience in hospice or oncology.
* Understanding of death/dying and bereavement processes.
* CHPN certification.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically ***falls between $50\.00 \- $60\.00 per hour*** with the potential for performance\-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
