Hospice Field LPN - nights

Hospice of Marion County a Part of Empath Health is seeking an LPN – Crisis Care. Shift: Night shift 8p\-8a, 36 hours a week; 1st week Sun, Mon, Wed, 2nd week: Wed, Thu, Sat, coverage area Marion County. One on one care in homes and facilities. Cross training to inpatient unit and on\-call visits. Must obtain the certification within six months of hire date. * Additional experience in other health care settings desirable. * For field\-based positions, employees must have reliable transportation which will enable them to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion.
