Hospice Chaplain \& Bereavement Coordinator **Provide comfort, hope, and spiritual care when it matters most.** We are seeking a compassionate **Hospice Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator** to join our interdisciplinary hospice team. In this role, you will provide spiritual support, grief counseling, and bereavement services to patients and families navigating end\-of\-life care. This position offers the opportunity to make a profound difference by supporting individuals during life’s most meaningful and challenging moments while helping lead programs that foster healing and resilience. Key Responsibilities * Provide spiritual care counseling to hospice patients and families. * Lead and develop bereavement support programs including grief counseling and support groups. * Coordinate memorial services and remembrance events. * Facilitate educational workshops on grief, hospice care, and spiritual resilience. * Provide crisis support to families experiencing acute grief. * Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care. Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited **seminary or school of theology**, or equivalent pastoral ministry certification. * **1\+ year experience** as a healthcare pastor or chaplain. * Hospice experience preferred but not required. * Strong communication, counseling, and public speaking skills. * Ability to provide compassionate care in emotionally sensitive situations. * Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
