**Duties**

* Facilitate bereavement support groups and educational sessions for families coping with loss
* Lead community outreach events, including teaching sessions, public speaking engagements, and presentations on hospice care topics
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized spiritual care plans aligned with patient wishes
* Offer crisis intervention during emergencies or emotional distress, ensuring immediate comfort and appropriate follow\-up
* Mentor staff and volunteers on spiritual care best practices and conflict management strategies to foster a supportive environment
