Join Our Compassionate Hospice Team as a Hospice Chaplain

**What You'll Do:**
* **Provide Compassionate Spiritual Care:** Offer direct spiritual support to patients and families, ensuring their emotional and spiritual needs are met during their hospice journey.
* **Collaborate with an Expert Team:** Work alongside an interdisciplinary team, providing consultation and guidance on spiritual care practices and ensuring holistic support for every individual.
* **Lead Meaningful Memorials \& Services:** Conduct funeral and memorial services, offering families the comfort of closure and remembrance.
* **Guide Grief Support:** Coordinate a comprehensive bereavement program, offering grief counseling, resources, and ongoing support for families up to 13 months after the loss of their loved one.
* **Build Community Connections:** Foster relationships with community chaplains, spiritual counselors, and volunteers, expanding our reach and ensuring that all spiritual care needs are met.
**What We're Looking For:**
* **Passion for Service:** Experience working with patients and families, especially those facing end\-of\-life care.
* **Spiritual Leadership:** Graduate of an accredited seminary or theology school (BD, M.Div. or equivalent) and licensed or ordained minister. Hospice experience is a plus.
* **Cultural Sensitivity:** Comfortable working in an interfaith setting, respecting all lifestyles, cultures, and beliefs.
* **Team Player:** Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues, volunteers, and community partners.
