Grounds Maintenance Worker

You must also be reliable, punctual, personable, exhibit good communication skills and maintain a clean and presentable appearance. All applicants must be over the age of 18\. OLDER applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. **A CLEAN DRIVER’S LICENSE is a MUST.** All applicants must have basic experience in operating, maintaining and repairing machinery (riding/push mowers, **weed whackers**, chainsaws, etc.) Experience in utilizing an excavator is a plus but we will train the right applicant. All applicants must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, in addition to being able to lift and or carry a minimum of 50 pounds. This is the perfect job for those seeking additional or supplemental income. OLDER applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** Assist in the excavation for burials. Maintain grounds: \- Landscaping (mowing, weed whacking, raking, shoveling, snow removal, etc.) \- Pick\-up and disposal of waste on grounds. \- Maintain and repair machinery. \- Basic upkeep of buildings and structures located on grounds.
