Grief Counselor

We are seeking a Licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team. **Our ideal candidate…** Ideal candidates should have a well\-rounded set of counseling skills. Will work as a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) in developing, coordinating and implementing bereavement/grief services for the survivors who are eligible for such support services through the Hospice program as well as for non\-hospice grieving community members. Ideal candidates should be flexible, organized, and empathetic. Candidates should also be comfortable facilitating individual, group, and family therapy.
