General Laborer - Installer

Northern Granite Corporation, located between Barron and Cameron, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker and Installer to join our team. We specialize in crafting high\-quality cemetery memorials and are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail. No prior experience is necessary. This is a year\-round position. Key responsibilities include: \- Safely driving company vehicles to deliver and set memorials. \- Assisting with concrete finishing, pouring, and digging for installations. \- Operating machinery and sandblasting equipment for memorial fabrication. \- Moving materials using carts, cranes, and other equipment. \- Maintaining an organized worksite and assisting with general repairs. Qualification Requirements: \- Ability to obtain a DOT physical and lift 75 lbs. \- Must pass a drug screen and background check. \- Clean driving record and mechanical aptitude (training provided for forklifts and power tools). \- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work overtime as necessary. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed. We offer paid vacation time and a retirement plan.
