As a Funeral Sales Representative, you’ll guide families through the process of planning ahead. You’ll bring professionalism, empathy, and clarity to conversations that truly matter. And you’ll be supported by a national marketing system designed to help you build a stable and rewarding career.
You’ll represent respected funeral home partners in your community while building relationships that make a lasting impact!
**What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)****Be independent, not alone while growing your income**
* Close pre\-set appointments with families who are already open to planning ahead. Typical earnings range from approx. $45,000–$75,000 annually, with no earning cap. You’ll operate with independence while backed by a national team committed to your success. Field leaders provide coaching and mentorship and over 50 agents schedule appointments to support your growth.
**Focus on meaningful conversations**
* Meet with families in thoughtful planning discussions that typically last about 90 minutes, helping them create plans that bring peace of mind.
**Work with real support behind you**
* Our lead generation programs, marketing system, and appointment setting team help ensure you spend your time where it matters most \- with families. You'll work alongside respected funeral homes and serve families with professionalism, care, and integrity.
**Grow your career while doing meaningful work**
* Develop valuable professional skills and credentials, including obtaining your life insurance license if you don’t already have one.

**Requirements**

* Confidence closing pre\-set appointments and building trust with families
* Self\-motivation and personal accountability for your results
* Current life insurance license or the ability to obtain one
* Consultative sales experience is helpful, but the right mindset matters most!
