**Responsibilities**
* Meet with families to discuss and plan funeral arrangements, providing clear guidance and support throughout the process
* Coordinate logistics for funeral services, including venue setup, transportation, and floral arrangements
* Assist with bereavement support by offering compassionate listening and guidance to grieving families
* Handle heavy lifting when necessary to set up equipment or transport caskets and funeral materials safely
* Manage sales activities related to funeral packages, merchandise, and pre\-arranged plans with professionalism and sensitivity
* Collaborate with funeral directors, clergy, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain detailed records of all arrangements, communications, and legal documentation accurately and confidentially
**Skills**
* Strong experience in funeral directing or event planning within a sensitive environment
* Excellent bereavement support skills with the ability to provide comfort and reassurance to grieving families
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail
* Effective sales skills combined with a respectful approach to promoting funeral services and products
