Funeral Arranger

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a **Funeral Arranger** to join our team at Greenwood Funeral Home. United by a common desire to serve, Funeral Arrangers at NorthStar share a pride in their profession that extends beyond the workday. The Funeral Arranger is responsible for providing a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during and after the loss of a loved one. This position also manages all phases of the funeral arrangement including the removal of the deceased, selecting and setting up funeral services to final disposition. **Responsibilities** * Arrange and assist with funeral and memorial services for families * Prepare the memorial area for the family before the services start * Maintain reverence and respect for the deceased at all times * Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed **Qualifications** * A caring heart, and a passion for helping the community in need * 1\+ year of funeral industry experience preferred, but not required.
