That's where you come in. **The Role** As a Full\-Time Sales Representative, you'll guide families through pre\-need planning for funeral, cremation, and cemetery arrangements. This means meeting people in the community, building trust, and helping them make decisions that give their families peace of mind. You'll have a proven system to follow, clear goals to hit, and the training and support to get there. **Your Responsibilities:** * Prospect for new clients through outreach, referrals, and community presence * Present pre\-need funeral, cremation, and cemetery options to families * Build lasting, trust\-based relationships throughout the Evansville area * Manage your own schedule and pipeline You might be right for this if you: * Have 3\+ years of sales experience (retail, insurance, real estate, or similar) * Connect easily with people and listen more than you talk * Want work that feels meaningful, not just transactional * Are self\-directed and motivated by results * Hold a valid driver's license * Available to meet families on their schedule, including some evenings and weekends **What We Offer** **Compensation:** Commission \+ bonuses with average earnings of $60,000–$80,000\.
