Responsibilities * Design and create fresh floral, silk, and plant arrangements for funeral and memorial services. * Thoughtfully interpret reference photos and personal family requests to create meaningful floral tributes that honor each life. * Maintain order accuracy. * Meet with families to discuss floral needs, offering compassionate guidance and support. * Manage time effectively to prioritize multiple services, meet deadlines, and accommodate last\-minute changes. * Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting and assisting families and visitors. * Maintain and refresh floral arrangements and plants throughout the funeral home. * Process flowers and plants on load days, ensuring quality and freshness. * Clean and organize floral work areas, shelves, displays, and coolers. * Deliver and receive flowers as needed. * Assist with floral workshops, community events, and pop\-up booths as scheduled, presenting the Company with professionalism and care.
