**Join Our Team at Baack's Flowers \& More – Full\-Time Floral Designer** Baack's Flowers \& More is seeking a creative, reliable, and customer\-focused individual to join our team as a part\-time or full\-time floral designer. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design floral arrangements for everyday occasions and funeral services with efficiency and attention to detail * Maintain a clean and organized workspace * Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients * Assist walk\-in customers with flower selection and complete sales transactions * Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service * Support flower processing and cooler rotation as needed **Qualifications:** * Strong vase and funeral design skills * Punctual, organized, and able to work independently * Comfortable answering phones and engaging with customers in a retail setting **Note:** This position requires a willingness to assist with customer service, including phone calls and in\-store support.
